The hotel has a no-smoking policy.

There is no on-site car park. We recommend our guests park at Q park at St. Stephens Green. This parking facility gives our guests a discount (approximately 25%) off their parking tickets. Guests must get their tickets validated at reception to get their discount. This is not applicable to prepaid tickets.

Yes, there are a number of car rentals nearby.  

Yes, we provide shampoos/body washes, soaps and towels.  

All rooms are equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities, wifi, en-suite, flat-screen television, complimentary bottled water and ear plugs.  

All of our bathrooms have a shower.  Some of our bathrooms have both.  

Contact our team at reception.  They will assist in returning the item to you if possible.  

Bookings

Book directly on our website for our best rate guarantee. You will save at least €10 a night when you book direct.

Rates vary. You will find the best available rates on our website.  

We have room-only and breakfast-included rates available.  

All reservations made must provide a credit card to secure the reservation.

Card payments are preferred. Cash is accepted.

You can book the rooms by using the “Book Now” button.  You can then call or email our team to request these rooms be in close proximity.  

Invoices can be requested at reception upon departure or via email.  

Yes, bookings may be made on behalf of another guest at Jackson Court Hotel. However, the card used to make the booking must be presented at the time of arrival.

Guest must be over 21 to stay. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

The security deposit is €100. 

Cancellations & Amendments

Direct booking can be amended by contacting our hotel.  All third-party bookings must be amended through the booking website.

Bookings for two rooms or less must be cancelled 72 hours before the arrival date.  All other bookings must be called 1 week before the arrival date.  

Direct booking can be cancelled by contacting the hotel. 

Guest who do not show up or cancel their booking will be charged for the 1st night of their booking. 

Advance purchase reservations are non-refundable.  For other reservations that are cancelled in accordance with policy, the refund will be made via card that was used at the time of booking.

Yes.  We are located in the heart of the city, close to tons of historical sights.  From our hotel historic landmarks such as Trinity College, Dublin Castle and Christ Church are within walking distance.  Check out our attractions page to see some of our favourite sights.  

We do not offer tours from our hotel, but we recommend booking tours with Do Dublin Tours.  They offer amazing tours of Dublin as well as day trips around the country.  

Yes.  We have great views of Harcourt Street featuring stunning Georgian buildings.  

Yes.  We are located in the heart of the city, close to many of Dublin’s top tourist attractions, including Trinity College and the Book of Kells, St. Stephens Green, Dublin Castle, The Guinness Storehouse, Grafton Street, Temple Bar and many museums.  Check out our attractions page to see our favourite Dublin attractions.   

The Port House Cava on Camden Street lower, Di Luca and Sophie’s Rooftop on Harcourt Street are great places to eat and are just a couple minutes from the hotel. Check out our restaurant page to see our favourite bars and resturants in Dublin.

Airport Accessibility

The Dublin Express Bus stop is located at Harcourt Street Luas (a 3-minute walk from the hotel). The 784 bus goes directly to and from Dublin Airport and takes about 40 minutes. The bus ticket costs €8.

Here are the Google Maps directions to get from Dublin Airport to Jackson Court Hotel. 

Get the 16 Bus from Dublin Airport T1 Zone 14. Get off the bus at the Dublin City South, Camden Street bus stop.  Walk 4 minutes to Jackson Court Hotel.

Remember: To use Dublin Bus you will need a leap card or the bus fare in coins.
